We got a beautiful bouquet but it was delivered a week early. Shortly after delivery I got a phone call from someone at Besrs and Roses who promised me that another bouquet would be delivered free of charge on the correct date. Sure enough we received a bouquet even larger and more beautiful than the last one! Kudos to Bears and Roses fantastic customer service!

They didn’t have my colors, but they still made a beautiful bouquet and he called me up the night before to let me know that they didn’t have the color if it was OK it was beautiful. My mom loved it.

They go above and beyond. They are always polite in person and on the telephone. The accidental forget my small stuff animal in my order because it was at the the end of my online order . That was the first time I order flowers and a stuff animal online. I called them and they apologized and they took my mom not a small stuff animal but a large beautiful bear.
My mom loved her beautiful patriotic flowers, stuff animal and balloon. I highly recommend Bear and Roses !

I made an order online for tropical flowers for a friend in the hospital. Then the hospital released her before the arrangement was delivered. I called the shop and spoke to Juan. He said no problem and took her home address for the delivery. Later she called, thrilled at the beautiful arrangement she had received. I would DEFINITELY use this company again!
